    You will learn how to use breathwork to encourage vocal skill and connect to your voice, while also gaining insights into any areas either physical or psychological they may be limiting your potential. This facilitates you to sing with freedom and joy.

    Suitable for all levels of vocal and Mindfulness practice - this workshop will include an introduction to the theory and skills of Mindfulness for Singing.

    As well as being an internationally experienced performing artist, Anthony Norton has a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and specialises in supporting artists who present with various aspects of performance anxiety.

    This workshop is designed to give an overview of what constitutes performance anxiety and provides practical and proven strategies, CBT skills and exercises to manage and minimise intrusive nerves and anxiety.

  • A performance workshop for any singer or actor from any genre that wishes to have an integrative relationship with text and melody.

    An ideal opportunity for soloists and cast members in productions of Opera, Musical Theatre and plays with music to benefit from Anthony Norton’s experience on the stage as performer and director as well as his work in third level performance courses at Irish and British conservatoires and universities.
